Minze Clinician Portal:
-
Additional Nomograms for children:
- New nomograms have been added, and the selected nomogram is now included on PDF exports for Homeflow assessments. (Miscolk 3-8y, Miscolk 8-13y, Gupta boy 5-15y)
- New nomograms have been added, and the selected nomogram is now included on PDF exports for Homeflow assessments. (Miscolk 3-8y, Miscolk 8-13y, Gupta boy 5-15y)
-
Improved EHR Integration: Worklist: You can now select patient from your worklist and assign them to a measurement.
- Measurement Values in HL7 Messages: In addition to the existing PDF export integration, individual measurement values can now be included in HL7 messages for improved data integration with your EHR system.
-
User Interface improvements in the clinician portal:
Enjoy our completely refreshed and updated interface, offering clinicians a clearer view of the data and calculations extracted from the voiding diary. This information enhances diagnostics by offering a comprehensive view of treatment progression, fluid balance, bladder symptoms, urgency, and evening habits.
-
Improved Result Viewer for Patients:
We have completely redesigned how patients receive information about their bladder diary results. The result viewer helps patients understand their symptoms and their relation to bladder diary data. If values deviate, patients will automatically receive conservative self-care suggestions to reduce symptoms. Additionally, patients can create multiple voiding diaries to track their progress. Those using the Diary Pod independently from a clinician can share their results with a clinician for further evaluation.
-
Catheterization Education Added to the Result Viewer for Patients:
In this educational module, patients will learn the critical aspects of maintaining a proper catheterization routine. They will understand the importance of adhering to their catheterization schedule to prevent urinary leakages, reduce the risk of urinary tract infections, and maintain kidney health. Additionally, patients will gain insights into establishing a regular catheterization schedule, choosing the right catheter, and troubleshooting common challenges, all of which will empower them to manage their bladder health effectively.
-
Catheterization Results in Diary Summary:
-
Median Volumes in Diary Summary::
- The diary summary now displays median volumes instead of averages for more accurate data representation.
-
Customizable Logo on PDF Export:
- You can now customize the logo on the PDF exports to better reflect your branding. To enable this feature, please contact your distributor.
-
Password Strength Meter:
- A new password strength meter has been introduced to enhance security.
Minze Flow app:
- Improved support for Android 14
- Added Danish and Polish language
- Weight input (kg/lbs) based on the user's preference (unit system).

2. Support for self intermittent catheterisation in bladder diaries
The reporting of the bladder diaries now also includes specific insights on catheterisation to evaluate catheterisation routines or follow them up over time.
The timeline view also shows the voids that were registered with a catheter and indicates whether it was a residual volume or full catheter void.
3. User management
Your distributor can assign admin rights to a certain user. As from that moment, the admin user can add new users, change roles or send reset password emails.
4. Notification center
We have added the possibility to send notifications to the users of the Clinician Portal. These will be used to inform the users on scheduled maintenance or software updates and new features that will be released.
5. Overall layout improvements and new settings page
Throughout the clinician portal, minor changes have been made to the layout to improved usability and visual comfort.
Next to this, also the settings page has received an upgrade to get a better overview of the functionalities that have been added over the last few software releases. The settings page has been split into 'personal settings' for your personal account and 'organisation settings'. The latter can be changed by the admin and are valid throughout the whole organisation.
6. Support for Japanese language
The portal is now also available in Japanese.

Pop-ups, tutorials, reminders and questions have been added to the app to make sure that the patient receives all the necessary information to smoothly fill out his/her bladder diary.
- Personalisation and explanation when starting the diary
- Assistance and questions in case of suspected double entries
2. Optimised for patients using self intermittent catheters
Questions have been added with regards to self intermittent catheterisation and the app will assist the patient in keeping a diary correctly, taking into account residual volumes after a natural flow or complete emptying with a catheter.
3. Japanese, Arabic and Hebrew translations have been added

Minze Flow App
Minze Toolkit App
Minze Clinician Portal
1. Available languages & language selection
It is now possible to select as a Distributor the language that should be used by default throughout the whole Organisation. This can be set on the 'Clients' page.
If nothing is set by the Distributor, the default language will be the language of the web browser.
The Clinician can also set his own preferred language on his own 'Settings' page. This will overrule the language that was set for the Organisation.
Available languages are: English, French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Thai.
Would you like to have the portal available in another language, please contact us.
2. Date & time format
The date and time format that will be used throughout the whole format can be set by the Distributor for the whole Organisation. This can be set on the 'Clients' page.
If nothing is set by the Distributor, the default format will be DD/MM/YYYY.
The Clinician can also set his own preferred format on his own 'Settings' page. This will overrule the format that was set for the Organisation.
3. Password policy settings
The password policy can be defined at Organisation level, to the specifications of the IT-services of the customer. The minimum password length and required type of characters can be defined by the Distributor on the 'Clients' page and can not be changed by the Clinician.
The chosen password policy will be shown to the Clinician when creating or changing a password.
4. Annotate Hospiflow curves with labels
The Clinician can now annotate uroflow curves with 'curve labels'. This can be selected from a dropdown list.
This feature is not available by default and can be activated on Organisation level by the Distributor on the Clients page or by the Clinician on his own settings page by ticking the 'Curve labels enabled' box.
5. Standardised PROMs questionnaires
Standardised questionnaires and score charts such as I-PSS (BPH) IIEF (erectile dysfunction) or MSHQ-EjD (ejaculatory dysfunction) can now be found in the Clinician Portal. The results are immediately calculated and shown to the clinician in the treatment timeline of the patient.
The Clinician can choose to fill it out directly during the consultation or to email it to the patient so it can be filled out remotely. The results can be consulted on the patient's profile page.
6. Activation and forgot password emails
The automatic emails that are sent when a user account is created or when a user requests a new password have been reformatted to improved readability. They are also translated to the different languages that are available in the Clinician Portal.
The new format should also prevent emails from getting marked as spam.
However, in case such email would not arrive immediately, we advise to look in the spam folder to make sure it wasn't filtered out by the email provider.
7. Battery level display in the portal
The battery level of the uroflowmeters can be found in the top bar and in the Settings page of the Clinician Portal. When using the app, the battery level that is displayed is updated when the last measurement is sent. In case of long inactivity of a certain uroflowmeter, this could lead to battery levels that after a while are not up to date anymore.
With the current release, the battery level will only be displayed if it was updated within 24 hours ago. This will prevent that the level displayed on the portal does not correspond with the actual battery level of the device.
When the uroflowmeter is connected to a Gateway, the battery level is constantly updated.
8. Bluetooth signal strength of the uroflowmeter to the gateway indicator
The signal strength of the Bluetooth connection between a uroflowmeter and the gateway it is connected to is now displayed in the Clinician Portal in the top bar and on the 'Devices/Cups' page in 'Settings'.
This can help finding the best location for uroflowmeter or gateway to ensure the best connectivity. The Distributor can also monitor this remotely from the 'Clients' page.
9. Instructions for use are available on the Clinician Portal
The instructions for use can now be consulted in digital format on the Clinician Portal in the top bar.
10. Birth date added in naming pdf export
The birth date has been added as one of the components of the name giving of the pdf file when exporting a measurement.
11. Overall usabililty improvements
Throughout the Clinician Portal, several small updates (e.g. improved error messages) were implemented for an improved user experience for the Clinician.
Minze Flow App
1. Minor bugs and usability improvements
This release includes usability improvements and minor bug fixes.
Example: when the '+' menu is open, you can close it again by tapping anywhere in the screen instead of only on the '+' button again.
An update of the Minze Flow app is required to continue using the Minze system with the Hospiflow app. The app will inform the user and link automatically to the App Store of Play Store.
Minze Toolkit App
1. Improved connectivity to the Gateway
The previous version of the Toolkit app showed from time to time some issues when trying to connect to the gateway or while configuring the parameters. This should be solved with the current version of the Toolkit app.
2. Wifi network selection
Selecting the Wifi network and the corresponding security measures has become much easier. It is now possible to select the network from a dropdown list. This list will show the networks the Gateway can detect when connected to the Toolkit app.
The Toolkit App wil then automatically select the connectivity settings of the network (WPA2 Personal/Enterprise/None).
The step 'NTP settings' has been deleted from the installation flow. An updated Installation Protocol can be found here.
